Dr Ravi Nayar is the program lead. He is an ENT surgeon from PGI Chandigarh with extensive academic and research experience in India and abroad. He is passionate about mentoring the next generation of biomedical innovators.

Akanksha graduated from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Research and Education with an M.S. in Medical Devices. She finished her industrial project and internship in quality assurance for medical devices at Boston Scientific Pvt Ltd. She has worked as the COO of a startup called Iota Design & Innovations Lab Pvt Ltd., where she was responsible for commercializing diagnostic devices, determining product-market fit, and making pitches for new technologies.

Monisha A is an MSc in Biotechnology from Indian Academy Degree College and currently serves as a project assistant in the CIBIP Program at C-CAMP. With a strong academic foundation in biotechnology, she is passionate about driving innovation in environmental biotechnology. In addition to her professional focus, Monisha is also developing skills in scientific art, blending creativity with science to enhance her work in the field.

Jwalpa is a dedicated medical professional with a strong foundation in Physiology. After completing a bachelor’s degree in Physiology from the University of Otago, New Zealand, she pursued an MBBS from Astana Medical University, Kazakhstan. With a passion for education, she has worked as a Physiology tutor, sharing knowledge and inspiring students in the field. Additionally, Jwalpa has been involved in innovative healthcare solutions, working on a medical exoskeleton that showcases her commitment to advancing medical technology. Her unique blend of clinical knowledge and hands-on experience positions her as a forward-thinking advocate in the medical community.
